I thought I'd try some Basic Grey paper and now know why I have never tried them before - the colors just do match anything I have at all!! I don't think I'll buy anymore after the 2 sheets I just bought unless the patterns really catch my eye!
This is not one of favorite cards, but at least I got to try something new whilst doing it. I basically kept the layout the same, but swapped the sentiment for the flower as the image already had a little sentiment on.

Your card is very pretty, I do like the basic grey swirly dp, colour combo and the little bit of happiness stamped image. I like the shiny card stock, ribbon treatment and little flower embellishment. Thank you for taking the time to case one of my cards.
